Will I receive a proof?

Yes! We will always send a proof before sending your order to production. 

Proof Approval Process:
• Digital proofs will be sent for approval prior to production.
• Three attempts will be made to get approval on the proof. If we have not received a response after 24 hours of the 3rd approval request being sent, the order will be canceled.
• Be sure to confirm your account’s email address prior to finalizing the order.
• Please no guest accounts and keep in mind checkout via Apple Pay may change the way messages are sent/received and what email address the order is linked to.

 

What is the current production & turnaround times?

Our current production time is 4-7 business days. This starts once we have all the art files and the order has been completed. Keep in mind that highly customized orders may require additional time and production time does not include shipping time. Once the order leaves our shop, shipping times are dependent on the shipping service you've selected.

 

I need my order ASAP, is there a rush option?

Yes! Typical rush orders are complete and ready to ship in 2-3 days for a $50 rush fee on orders under $350. We will apply a 25% rush fee for orders over $350.

Orders that are needed next day or mid day the following will be a minimum $100 rush fee or 50% of the order amount, whichever is higher.

 

What does PRINT READY ART mean?

Great question! Print ready files should follow the following:

  • Accepted File Formats: .AI, .EPS, .PDF, or .SVG (vector-based only)
  • Design Requirements: 
    • Artwork must be vectored
    • Text must be outlined (converted to curves)
    • High-resolution graphics only (300 DPI)
  • If Sending Raster Files:
    • JPG or PNG
    • Image must be to scale
    • 300 DPI

What if I don't have a print ready file?

Not a problem! Any files received that are not print ready or orders that require a custom design will be charged an art time fee, which starts at $35. If you're unsure, share the file with us and we're happy to check :)

 

What is your return policy?

Since our orders are highly custom, we don't accept returns. We aim for consistent communication with our customers to ensure satisfaction with their order and send proofs for approval before going to production.
